We warmly welcome all guests, whether stopping in for a drink after work, or celebrating a special occasion. We serve small plates of creative skewer dishes that build upon traditional Japanese cooking techniques, with uncompromising standards for both ingredients and seasoning. Our signature chicken skin skewers are marinated for three days, with all excess fat removed, and combine a crispy bite with a juicy mouthfeel. To make sure we please our local customers, we use fine quality soy sauce and eggs locally sourced in Oita. So many authentic flavors are offered, including basashi (horse meat) directly delivered from Kumamoto, served with soy sauce also made in Kumamoto. learn more from chef
