Wamon Okuyama
和門 おく山
The Restaurant Reviews from the Recommending Chefs.
- A Japanese restaurant that moved from Azabujuban to Roppongi. You can enjoy seasonal Japanese cuisine woven by the chef who has deeply learned Kyo Kaiseki. He is very particular about ingredients, and he always goes to the Tsukiji market every day. We listen to the voices of the ingredients, not the brand, and carefully select them based on our own connoisseurs. The dishes that bring out the best of the ingredients are all the gems that you want to taste with all five senses. In addition to counter seats, private table seats and digging Tatsuno seats, there is also a tea room. It is a shop that can be used for various occasions such as entertainment, dinner, celebrations and anniversaries.
