Restaurant Re:

It's a full course of 7 to 8 dishes presented by Chef Noujima. This unique French course invites foreign diners to discover and Japanese diners to rediscover, blending Japanese ingredients and culinary culture.

Manager Karita, a sommelier and sake diploma holder, selects pairings that include wine, sake, and shochu. By drinking a small amount of two alcoholic beverages with one dish, you can deepen your knowledge of the drinks' differences and preferences, as well as their compatibility with the dish.

A luxurious lunch of 5-6 dishes includes amuse, appetizer, fish dish, meat dish, and dessert. The course is composed of nostalgic flavors, using pesticide-free vegetables and traditional Japanese seasonings.
