Motsunabe Heiwaya

The restaurant's signature dish is the motsunabe, made with Japanese A4 black beef. The soy sauce-based broth with chicken broth gives the soup a refreshing taste and accentuates the flavor of the meat.

Nagasaki's fresh seafood is also a highlight of the restaurant. The sashimi, which can be enjoyed directly for its outstanding freshness, is a must-try. Assorted orders are also available.

Simmered fish is made by simply and carefully extracting the flavor of each ingredient. The simmered dishes are different daily, so you can enjoy the small pleasure of wondering, "What kind of dish will I encounter today?".

The grilled dish made with today's fresh fish is a must-try when you visit. The photo shows grilled sea bream. The owner leaves it up to him to decide what tastes best, and regular customers often order it as "omakase."
